Anselmo Innocenzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaudencio Toribio got his second yellow card in the match during the 29th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Gaudencio Toribio hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After 32 minutes RIVER PLATE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alejandro Medina who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Alejandro Medina almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but RIVER PLATE's Uriel Prejun did a great save. Uriel Prejun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Rocio in the 33rd minute of play. When Anselmo Innocenzio came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Ares FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Innocenzio couldn't finish the play. Anselmo Innocenzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Uriel Prejun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anselmo Innocenzio in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. RIVER PLATE's Uriel Prejun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Rocio in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Anselmo Innocenzio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ares FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. With his leg Uriel Prejun managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Ares FC's Emiliano Rocio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A hard shot 85 in the game by Anselmo Innocenzio from a close distance when the talented Uriel Prejun managed to make a qualified save. RIVER PLATE's players were relieved. Uriel Prejun was a little too slow when Emiliano Rocio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 1-2. Anselmo Innocenzio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Uriel Prejun made a huge save. Emiliano Rocio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Uriel Prejun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Anselmo Innocenzio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Uriel Prejun having to make a save. If Eustacio Galsino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Ares FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
