Primitivo Lizardi started the match with the kick off. Leonel Balendin kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 8th minute of the match, Constantino Gartzea got a very nice opportunity to score, but Augusto Rodriguez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Constantino Gartzea's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Augusto Rodriguez firmly grabbed it by the left post. The supporters of Manzanares booed when CADU de Zarate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Vellito didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Manzanares getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Primitivo Lizardi hit a great ball. Constantino Gartzea who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Augusto Rodriguez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 23rd minute, Constantino Gartzea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augusto Rodriguez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The long shot by Leon Salomon in the 28th minute really tested Augusto Rodriguez's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Augusto Rodriguez came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by CADU de Zarate's Constantino Gartzea. But to his dismay, Constantino Gartzea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Constantino Gartzea who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Augusto Rodriguez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Constantino Gartzea managed to get in a good position for a shot. CADU de Zarate's supporters rose to their feet, but Constantino Gartzea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augusto Rodriguez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th minute of the match Anibal Hartz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Augusto Rodriguez skillfully saved the ball. 48 minutes into the match, CADU de Zarate's goal looked a bit too open when Iker Cisco came free, but Ovidio Prejun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Constantino Gartzea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ovidio Prejun made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Iker Cisco sent off a good shot on target. Augusto Rodriguez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Gartzea, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iker Cisco got free with Ovidio Prejun in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 69 minutes into the match, Manzanares's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Gartzea came free, but Augusto Rodriguez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, CADU de Zarate's Constantino Gartzea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Augusto Rodriguez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, CADU de Zarate's Leonel Balendin got a free kick in the 76th minute. Constantino Gartzea scored 3-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Augusto Rodriguez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Constantino Gartzea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 88th minute Constantino Gartzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Rodriguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augusto Rodriguez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Gartzea in the 91st minute of the match. After having played for 92 minutes, Constantino Gartzea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CADU de Zarate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Constantino Gartzea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Manzanares fans' excitement grew in the 95th match minute when Manzanares's Primitivo Lizardi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
