Spectators: 7244 (Terracing: 5434, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Epifanio Abella was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Epifanio Abella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Acuña in the 13th minute of the match. Club Atlético Boedo's Leonides Isaio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Boedo from getting a goal against them. In the 16th minute, Tambillo's Marcos Ixaka dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Leonides Isaio made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Tomas Xabier sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Tomas Xabier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tambillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Xabier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonides Isaio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicanor Urdin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Leonides Isaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Virgilio Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 35 played minutes, Club Atlético Boedo's Hector Bartoli shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Epifanio Abella came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Atlético Boedo reached it. Tambillo's Tomas Xabier got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 42 minutes into the game, one of Club Atlético Boedo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcos Ixaka stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomas Xabier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonides Isaio having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Tomas Xabier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tambillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Xabier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonides Isaio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Valentin Manny fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atlético Boedo's protests and gave Valentin Manny a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Club Atlético Boedo getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Valentin Manny hit a great ball. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético Boedo's goalkeeper Leonides Isaio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tambillo were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Club Atlético Boedo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Benedicto Osoro took the corner. Leonides Isaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Xabier in the 68th minute of the match. If Tomas Xabier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the match, Tomas Xabier notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Club Atlético Boedo's Leonides Isaio. Leonides Isaio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dalmacio Bonadona struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Epifanio Abella didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Boedo. Tomas Xabier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Club Atlético Boedo's Leonides Isaio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Ixaka in the 85th minute of play. Hector Bartoli took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Epifanio Abella. Tambillo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tomas Xabier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Leonides Isaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tomas Xabier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tambillo had won after a very even match.
