Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cipriano Cefero started the match with the kick off. When Dalmacio Bonadona came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Club Atlético Boedo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dalmacio Bonadona couldn't finish the play. In the 5th minute, Yerbas's Braulio Soter ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leonides Isaio. Leonides Isaio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Braulio Soter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yerbas's Guido Jerico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Acuña in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Braulio Soter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Dalmacio Bonadona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cipriano Cefero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonides Isaio having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Virgilio Neto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Boedo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yerbas the free kick. Virgilio Neto kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Dalmacio Bonadona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guido Jerico came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Boedo's Wilfredo Acuña. But to his dismay, Wilfredo Acuña quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Wilfredo Acuña made the kick off in the second half. Luis Bortzaioriz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Guido Jerico. Yerbas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Guido Jerico made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Dalmacio Bonadona sent off a good shot on target. Guido Jerico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Acuña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Boedo's Haroldo Roderigo got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute of the match Froilan Rocio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonides Isaio skillfully saved the ball. Valentin Manny kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Benedicto Eliazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the game, Valentin Manny was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Boedo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yerbas the free kick. Leonides Isaio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. If Dalmacio Bonadona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Nicasio Medina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Atlético Boedo were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Yerbas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luis Bortzaioriz took the corner. The corner led Club Atlético Boedo's Luis Bortzaioriz to fire away a dangerous shot which Guido Jerico despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Nicasio Medina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yerbas's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
