Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tadeo Bermund didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 3rd minute. Azopardo FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! In the 6th minute, Guaberto Maties reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leonel Abel. The goal made the score 2-0. Leonel Abel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristobal Orzaize, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Cristobal Orzaize sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tadeo Bermund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Leonel Abel made a huge save. In the 15th match minute, IMPERIVM ROMANVM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godfredo Selmo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in IMPERIVM ROMANVM's zone, Cristobal Orzaize stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonel Abel came out of the goal and Cristobal Orzaize tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pastor Maule took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nunez Jurgi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nunez Jurgi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Maule having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Flavio Lon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tadeo Bermund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tadeo Bermund was extremely unlucky when he, in the 40th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After having played for 42 minutes, Cristobal Orzaize managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azopardo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristobal Orzaize was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tadeo Bermund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Leonel Abel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 46 in the game by Tadeo Bermund from a close distance when the talented Leonel Abel managed to make a qualified save. IMPERIVM ROMANVM's players were relieved. Cristobal Orzaize struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Leonel Abel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azopardo FC. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Rosendo Sadurni made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for IMPERIVM ROMANVM! An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeo Bermund in the 58th minute of play forced IMPERIVM ROMANVM's goalkeeper Leonel Abel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th match minute, Azopardo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardino Birila to maneuver through the defense. Pastor Maule was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jonathan Eron. With a little luck, Azopardo FC's Pastor Maule got control of the ball when Nunez Jurgi tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Cristobal Orzaize had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Tadeo Bermund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77thth minute of the game Cristobal Orzaize who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IMPERIVM ROMANVM's Leonel Abel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pastor Maule took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Sadurni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonel Abel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Orzaize in the 83rd minute of play. After 83 minutes, Ildefonso Libertad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the IMPERIVM ROMANVM and the Azopardo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ildefonso Libertad hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Tadeo Bermund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Azopardo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After 90 played minutes Azopardo FC got a freekick which was hit by Genaro Dominic. Rosendo Sadurni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Pastor Maule tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cristobal Orzaize came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Azopardo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristobal Orzaize couldn't finish the play. If Tadeo Bermund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 98th minute the ball was on its way in behind IMPERIVM ROMANVM's goalkeeper Leonel Abel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
