Recoleta FC's Casimiro Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Leobardo in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rolando Hechter was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Irresponsables F.C's Ambrosio Gonzalez made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casimiro Barros was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Leobardo in the 57th minute of play forced Recoleta FC's goalkeeper Casimiro Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60thth minute of the game Eliseo Leobardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Recoleta FC's Casimiro Barros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Irresponsables F.C's Eliseo Leobardo got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ignacio Fidensio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorio Elodio having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Rolando Hechter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Elodio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Eliseo Leobardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Recoleta FC's goalkeeper Casimiro Barros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Irresponsables F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Hechter came free, but Victorio Elodio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Hechter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorio Elodio having to interfere. Irresponsables F.C's Victorio Elodio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Irresponsables F.C from getting a goal against them. Guido Barros hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Irresponsables F.C's Victorio Elodio got control of the ball when Ignacio Fidensio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Recoleta FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
