Anier Gelacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Loiola in the 7th minute of the match. The supporters of Macapillo booed when Vergarabat F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Iaki didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the game, one of Macapillo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Vergarabat F.C. a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Leonardo Jakue, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Macapillo's Anier Gelacio. 0-1. Anier Gelacio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Abaunza, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 30th match minute, Macapillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Erlantz to maneuver through the defense. Anier Gelacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Abaunza in the 34th minute of the match. Marco Abaunza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Anier Gelacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Julio Mouricio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Norberto Aurre was the one to do the kick off. Marco Abaunza came free with the goalkeeper in the 51st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Anier Gelacio could save by the left post. Anier Gelacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anier Gelacio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marco Abaunza in the 73rd minute. Macapillo's Anier Gelacio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Loiola in the 81st minute of play. The supporters of Vergarabat F.C. booed when Macapillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Evarado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vergarabat F.C. played a much better game than Macapillo and deserved their victory. The Macapillo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
