Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Abaunza in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Virgilio Quico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carolo Huly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Zeledon Loiola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Virgilio Quico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Abaunza in the 12th minute of the match. Severiano Galindo's late challenge caught a Chucuma FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severiano Galindo helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carolo Huly got free with Ramiro Quin in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Virgilio Quico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Abaunza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gualterio Millano kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Chucuma FC's Virgilio Quico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Loiola in the 25th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Vergarabat F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Leo Garci came free, but Ramiro Quin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Flavio Luke fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vergarabat F.C.'s protests and gave Flavio Luke a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Chucuma FC booed when Vergarabat F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Luke didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Marco Abaunza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vergarabat F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Abaunza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgilio Quico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ramiro Quin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Garci, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Vergarabat F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Leo Garci scored to the left of an out of position Ramiro Quin, making the score, 1-0. In the 46th match minute, Vergarabat F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Eguen to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Leo Garci made the kick off in the second half. Virgilio Quico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Loiola in the 52nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Garci in the 60th minute of play forced Vergarabat F.C.'s goalkeeper Ramiro Quin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carolo Huly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Quin having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Vergarabat F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Huly came free, but Ramiro Quin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Leo Garci's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramiro Quin was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. In the 71st match minute, Chucuma FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eulalio Paublo to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Jakue was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 72nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Clemente Eguen hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zeledon Loiola in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgilio Quico saved Chucuma FC from getting behind. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Vergarabat F.C.'s Zeledon Loiola in the 86th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Virgilio Quico was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Chucuma FC through an amazing save. A collision led to Vergarabat F.C. getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Leonardo Jakue hit a great ball. Esteban Fortun missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 93 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Ramiro Quin right hand side. After 94 played minutes Vergarabat F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Julio Mouricio. Carolo Huly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Ramiro Quin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chucuma FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Vergarabat F.C. for a fine match.
