Nunez Ulizes ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 4th minute, Raimundo Phelipe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victoriano Ignazio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Belgrano's goal looked a bit too open when Saturnino Salvator came free, but Victoriano Ignazio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Augustus FC's Ruben Eneko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victoriano Ignazio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Abel Lluciano hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Nunez Ulizes's late challenge caught a Club Atlético Belgrano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nunez Ulizes helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Augustus FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Nunez Ulizes hit a great ball. When Saturnino Salvator came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Augustus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saturnino Salvator couldn't finish the play. Nestor Lluciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Gasteiz in the 33rd minute of the match. Rodolfo Ekain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Augustus FC's Nestor Lluciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Gasteiz in the 37th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Aldo Esdras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saturnino Salvator received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Victoriano Ignazio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Abel Lluciano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

56 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Augustus FC's Saturnino Salvator fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Nestor Lluciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Ekain in the 59th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aldo Esdras during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 60 played minutes Augustus FC got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Esdras. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Saturnino Salvator managed to get in a good position for a shot. Augustus FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Saturnino Salvator was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victoriano Ignazio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Victoriano Ignazio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saturnino Salvator's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Federico Gasteiz hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Ruben Eneko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cecilio Stephen kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Saturnino Salvator received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Victoriano Ignazio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victoriano Ignazio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saturnino Salvator's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
