Spectators: 6815 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hernan Bidun kicked off to start the match. Lorenzo Savier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Lorenzo Savier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Jaunti got free with Ceferino Ulizes in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 15 minutes into the game, Raimundo Pedroso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caute FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pedrero FC the free kick. A collision led to Caute FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Raimundo Pedroso hit a great ball. After 25 minutes, Jesus Gonza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pedrero FC and the Caute FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Lorenzo Savier came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Caute FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lorenzo Savier couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Bidun in the 30th minute of play forced Pedrero FC's goalkeeper Isidoro Abadia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute Hernan Bidun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Abadia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hernan Bidun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Abadia having to interfere. A collision led to Pedrero FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Silvio Celio hit a great ball. Isidoro Abadia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Bidun in the 49th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rodolfo Velasco to make the kick off. Silvio Celio charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvio Celio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 57 played minutes Pedrero FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Celio. After some careless play in the Pedrero FC defense, Lorenzo Savier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isidoro Abadia. The Pedrero FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isidoro Abadia should have stopped the shot. Caute FC's Ceferino Ulizes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Velasco in the 66th minute of play. Saverio Rafe hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Hernan Bidun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ceferino Ulizes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valentin Jaunti went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hernan Bidun got free with Isidoro Abadia in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Valentin Jaunti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
