In the 12th minute, Ambrosio Telmo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 15 played minutes Sportivo Talarense got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Stephen. Ambrosio Telmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anacleto Nataniel made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Cosme Stephen sent off a good shot on target. Anacleto Nataniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Senin, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Amado Orlan kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. The supporters of Sportivo Talarense booed when Gladiador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herminio Lop didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Sportivo Talarense's Cosme Stephen, in the 46th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Sportivo Talarense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

If Antonio Madeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Bela charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Bela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Juan Bela hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. When Ambrosio Telmo came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Gladiador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ambrosio Telmo couldn't finish the play. Antonio Madeo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Herminio Lop's late challenge caught a Sportivo Talarense's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herminio Lop helped the player get up and apologised. Herminio Lop kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Cosme Stephen struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Anacleto Nataniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sportivo Talarense. When Cesar Danel came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Sportivo Talarense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesar Danel couldn't finish the play. After 92 played minutes, Sportivo Talarense's Agustin Baudelio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anacleto Nataniel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sportivo Talarense reached it. Cosme Stephen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sportivo Talarense were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Gladiador for a fine match.
