If Isidro Hurko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filiberto Enmanuel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Dimas in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 25th minute Isidro Hurko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Enmanuel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When C.A.I's Isidro Hurko in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Uriel Joachim hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roman Venceslao stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jorge Frechoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Venceslao, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 62nd minute, Ildefonso Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Roman Venceslao managed to get in a good position for a shot. Newell´s carajo F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Roman Venceslao was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. C.A.I's Jorge Frechoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Venceslao in the 78th minute of play. Jorge Frechoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venancio Blasi, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 82nd minute, Venancio Blasi made a precise shot to the right of Jorge Frechoso. C.A.I's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Dimas in the 86th minute of play forced Newell´s carajo F.C's goalkeeper Filiberto Enmanuel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
