Esteve Guillem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Fix, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Pura Mistica's Melquiades Lluciano got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Alberto Cambranes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Esteve Guillem was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Esteve Guillem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Cambranes, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Club Atletico River Plate's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Melquiades Lluciano 35 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. After 41 played minutes Pura Mistica got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Esiquio. After 46 minutes, Godfredo Lorien mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pura Mistica and the Club Atletico River Plate players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pura Mistica getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Godfredo Lorien hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alberto Cambranes to make the kick off. A hard shot 52 in the game by Lázaro Fix from a close distance when the talented Esteve Guillem managed to make a qualified save. Pura Mistica's players were relieved. If Melquiades Lluciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Abelardo Esiquio fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pura Mistica's protests and gave Abelardo Esiquio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th minute, Abelardo Esiquio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melquiades Lluciano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Club Atletico River Plate getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Jorge Maiorga hit a great ball. Federico Nardo's late challenge caught a Club Atletico River Plate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Federico Nardo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Club Atletico River Plate booed when Pura Mistica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Nardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esteve Guillem made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lázaro Fix in the 66th minute. Victorino Koldobika kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Melquiades Lluciano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd match minute, Club Atletico River Plate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Maiorga to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, Alberto Cambranes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Esteve Guillem, 2-2. 82 minutes into the match, Pura Mistica's goalkeeper Esteve Guillem had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guillermo Esquipula. After a rather tough play, Pura Mistica's Albino Bela got a free kick in the 84th minute. Albino Bela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Albino Bela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albino Hug having to interfere. Melquiades Lluciano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albino Hug having to make a save. Ciro Benet hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Pura Mistica were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
