The player immediately received a yellow card. Gaudencio Estefan kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Edelmiro Berenguer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edelmiro Berenguer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Cecilio Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bardance FC's Cecilio Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blas Medero in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute of the match, Gaudencio Estefan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Danilo Ulizes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Maya FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Julio Solustiano 20 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. After having played for 23 minutes, Florentino Damario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maya FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florentino Damario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Blas Medero scored 1-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cecilio Fernandes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 27 minutes, Blas Medero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maya FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blas Medero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teodoro Manilan took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cecilio Fernandes. Cecilio Fernandes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Gaudencio Estefan might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danilo Ulizes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaudencio Estefan ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Blas Medero in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cecilio Fernandes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Blas Medero in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cecilio Fernandes saved Bardance FC from getting behind. If Edelmiro Berenguer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blas Medero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 47 minutes, Edelmiro Berenguer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Blas Medero made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Blas Medero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cecilio Fernandes was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 56th minute Gaudencio Estefan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Ulizes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Bardance FC's goalkeeper Cecilio Fernandes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Blas Medero. Blas Medero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cecilio Fernandes having to make a save. Bardance FC's Cecilio Fernandes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Bardance FC from getting a goal against them. Florentino Damario's late challenge caught a Bardance FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florentino Damario helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th match minute, Maya FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florentino Damario to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Bardance FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Cecilio Lucian hit a great ball. Blas Mederos short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Cecilio Fernandes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 81st minute, Blas Medero fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. It was beautiful to see Maya FC's Justo Garoa in action when he in the 84th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Blas Medero struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Cecilio Fernandes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maya FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Edelmiro Berenguer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maya FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edelmiro Berenguer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cecilio Fernandes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Blas Medero's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Cecilio Fernandes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bardance FC were awarded a corner in the 92th minute after Maya FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aureliano Satordi took the corner. Cecilio Fernandes didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Maya FC's Justino Timo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-4 in the ordered_time% minute. Maya FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
