In the 3rd play minute Gualterio Fliz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sixto Elia. 1-0. Alberto Bittor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodoro Lico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Elia having to interfere. After 13th play minutes Teobaldo Orlondo shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Sixto Elia and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 16th minute of the match Ezequiel Cilio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sixto Elia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 19 minutes of play, Verónica AFC's Teobaldo Orlondo made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sixto Elia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Teodoro Lico's late challenge caught a Perros Naufragos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodoro Lico helped the player get up and apologised. 24 minutes into the match, Perros Naufragos's Timoteo Merexildo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adolfo Ovando narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Verónica AFC were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Perros Naufragos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Paulino Mergildo took the corner. 28 minutes into the match, Isidro Cesaro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adolfo Ovando. Verónica AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidro Cesaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The supporters of Verónica AFC booed when Perros Naufragos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Gauargi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Perros Naufragos's Sixto Elia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Orlondo in the 35th minute of play. Perros Naufragos's Timoteo Merexildo got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isidro Cesaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Timoteo Merexildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Amador Iraunkor kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Adolfo Ovando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro Cesaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Sixto Elia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Orlondo in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Verónica AFC's goalkeeper Adolfo Ovando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The wind increased when Teobaldo Orlondo made the kick off in the second half. Teodoro Lico blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sixto Elia having to make a save. In the 57th minute, Teobaldo Orlondo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sixto Elia was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 65th minute of the match Amador Iraunkor shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sixto Elia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Inocencio Beremundo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 68 minutes into the match. After 69 played minutes Verónica AFC got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Beremundo. Sixto Elia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Lico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 80 minutes, Gualterio Fliz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Verónica AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gualterio Fliz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Perros Naufragos's Sixto Elia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Lico in the 81st minute of play. Verónica AFC's Teodoro Lico got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Timoteo Merexildo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adolfo Ovando, 4-2. Adolfo Ovando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidro Cesaro in the 93rd minute.
