Tomás Gaizkine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Urre, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Anselmo Feliu managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Pocha's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo Feliu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Gaizkine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Atilano Mateus got free with Iker Balasi in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anselmo Feliu in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomás Gaizkine prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Elpidio Truylos scored 1-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomás Gaizkine, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 37th match minute, La Pocha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elpidio Truylos to maneuver through the defense. Tomás Gaizkine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Urre, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Elpidio Truylos hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The Claraz players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. La Pocha were winning 1-2.

53 minutes into the game, La Pocha's Anselmo Feliu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomás Gaizkine made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in Claraz's zone, Anselmo Feliu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomás Gaizkine came out of the goal and Anselmo Feliu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Elpidio Truylos sped through Claraz's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tomás Gaizkine. In the 68th match minute, La Pocha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingo Torres to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute Atilano Mateus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Balasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Anselmo Feliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Feliu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Tomás Gaizkine when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Domingo Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Gaizkine having to interfere. 91 minutes into the game, Justo Frantzes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Claraz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Pocha the free kick. Justo Frantzes kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. La Pocha played a much better game than Claraz and deserved their victory. The Claraz players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
