The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodolfo Horado to strike the kick off in the second half. Rodolfo Horado took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elpidio Osasun. Salto AFC's Elpidio Osasun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Horado in the 59th minute of play. Gualterio Leoncio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zeledon Xabier during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th minute, Darijus Narušis sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Salto AFC's Elpidio Osasun didn't even have to move. In the 87th minute, Carlos Tallia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rodolfo Horado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Osasun having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Salto AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Deportivo Entusiasmo.
