Spectators: 6957 (Terracing: 5407, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ignacio Rojelio started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Moises Hanni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Moises Hanni got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Anguil FC's Jeronimo Eli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Anguil FC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 20 minutes, Severo Abeijon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anguil FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severo Abeijon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Rojelio in the 21st minute of play forced Bluestones's goalkeeper Epifanio Belmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ignacio Rojelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Belmiro having to interfere. Joaquin Abel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 40 played minutes Anguil FC got a freekick which was hit by Severo Abeijon. Pedro Eguerdi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeronimo Eli having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Anguil FC's Basilio Urbes got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute, Antonio Primeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Moises Hanni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Pedro Eguerdi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bluestones's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Eguerdi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeronimo Eli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Pedro Eguerdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Pedro Eguerdi came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Bluestones fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Eguerdi couldn't finish the play. Anguil FC's Jeronimo Eli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Eguerdi in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Hanni in the 77th minute of play forced Anguil FC's goalkeeper Jeronimo Eli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ignacio Rojelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Epifanio Belmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeronimo Eli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Eguerdi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute Hipolito Bazkoare suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 88 minutes into the game, Feliberto Luzaide was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anguil FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bluestones the free kick. Moises Hanni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute of the match Tiburcio Corderun sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jeronimo Eli skillfully saved the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
