Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Pedro Eguerdi made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Bluestones booed when Palominos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amado Refugio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Palominos's Aquilino Perrando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Hanni in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Quintana in the 9th minute of play forced Bluestones's goalkeeper Epifanio Belmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moises Hanni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Moises Hanni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 22 minutes, Andres Quintana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palominos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andres Quintana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bluestones's Epifanio Belmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Quintana in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Palominos's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Hanni came free, but Aquilino Perrando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Eguerdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Quintana in the 35th minute of play forced Bluestones's goalkeeper Epifanio Belmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andres Quintana made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Bluestones's zone, Federico Bertin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Epifanio Belmiro came out of the goal and Federico Bertin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Federico Bertin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Epifanio Belmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Palominos getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Candido Sendoa hit a great ball. Moises Hanni was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 58th minute. Bluestones's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Federico Bertin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Belmiro having to interfere. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palominos's goalkeeper Aquilino Perrando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Pedro Eguerdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Quintana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Belmiro having to interfere. Epifanio Belmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Quintana, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andres Quintana in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Epifanio Belmiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Federico Bertin struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Epifanio Belmiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palominos. In the 95th minute, Ciro Garoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
