In the 9th minute Jonathan Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Segio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Asur in the 19th minute of play forced Futbol 5's goalkeeper Gerardo Confesor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Jazz's Evelio Herauso got a free kick in the 28th minute. Venancio Gilen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Venancio Gilen to make the kick off. Rolando Segio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Gabrio's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of Futbol 5:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Jazz:s goal.
