With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gerardo Licerio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Simon Oxarra made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, LIMA FC's Celestino Ugaitz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gerardo Licerio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Celestino Ugaitz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Celestino Colon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gerardo Licerio. That made the score 1-3 in the 82 minute of play. If Celestino Colon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
