After 6 played minutes, Del Yoti's Rigoberto Lauro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Atilano Chinto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Del Yoti reached it. Aurelio Lehoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Atilano Chinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angel Jerold in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gustavo Egoi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Carolo Vimaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Atilano Chinto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carolo Vimaro ran back to his position shaking his head. Atilano Chinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Venerando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carolo Vimaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Atilano Chinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 20 minutes, Carolo Vimaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Del Yoti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carolo Vimaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Velez Manda's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Venerando came free, but Atilano Chinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Venerando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angel Jerold charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angel Jerold the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Angel Jerold kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Atilano Chinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Vimaro in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Venerando in the 40th minute of play forced Velez Manda's goalkeeper Atilano Chinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Carolo Vimaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Velez Manda getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Angel Jerold hit a great ball. In the 44th minute of the match Rigoberto Lauro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Atilano Chinto skillfully saved the ball. Angel Jerold hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Delmar Argoitz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carolo Vimaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Atilano Chinto made a huge save. Atilano Chinto made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Carolo Vimaro sent off a good shot on target. Marco Venerando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmar Argoitz in the 63rd minute of play forced Del Yoti's goalkeeper Gustavo Egoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Del Yoti's Marco Venerando nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Atilano Chinto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Delmar Argoitz came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Velez Manda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delmar Argoitz couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Venerando in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atilano Chinto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Del Yoti's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
