Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Domingues in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roberto Palben prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Julian Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Palben having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eleuterio Barto during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pablo Buinton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Leonel Gaitano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half CUALQUIERA FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Julian Domingues could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Roberto Palben made a huge save. When Pablo Buinton came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Rumipal AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Buinton couldn't finish the play. Leonel Gaitano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacobo Montes, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Narciso Toribio kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
