Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arnaldo Montae kicked off to start the match. Perú's Moises Cordarrel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Quinto in the 3rd minute of play. Moises Cordarrel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hector Frichoso's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Adolfo Xabel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Otoniel having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Lino Quinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 minutes, Arnaldo Montae made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Aeteano's Serafin Otoniel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Serafin Otoniel made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Mauricio Polentzi sent off a good shot on target. Serafin Otoniel had great luck who in the 15thth minute grab hold of the ball when Arnaldo Montae from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Serafin Otoniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Montae, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauricio Polentzi got free with Serafin Otoniel in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Perú booed when Aeteano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Hermelando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adolfo Xabel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Otoniel having to interfere. Serafin Otoniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Xabel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Arnaldo Montae got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Aeteano's Serafin Otoniel got control of the ball when Mauricio Polentzi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnaldo Montae fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Otoniel having to interfere. After having played for 35 minutes, Orlando Tabby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perú's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Tabby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 38th minute, Domingos Fix left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Perú fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After some careless play in the Aeteano defense, Mauricio Polentzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Serafin Otoniel. The Aeteano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Serafin Otoniel should have stopped the shot. After having played for 44 minutes, Arnaldo Montae managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perú's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Montae was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Aeteano's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Xabel came free, but Serafin Otoniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafin Otoniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Polentzi in the 47th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Montae in the 48th minute of play forced Aeteano's goalkeeper Serafin Otoniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Omar Emeterio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Serafin Otoniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Aeteano's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Xabel came free, but Serafin Otoniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnaldo Montae in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafin Otoniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Perú's Omar Emeterio got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute Adolfo Xabel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Otoniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafin Otoniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Montae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnaldo Montae recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Perú's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leonides Berbiz in the 77th minute. Leo Janpier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Moises Cordarrel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domingos Fix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Otoniel having to interfere. Omar Emeterio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Serafin Otoniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serafin Otoniel came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Perú's Adolfo Xabel. But to his dismay, Adolfo Xabel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. When the referee ended the match the Perú players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
