Benjamin Bembe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute Gilberto Maureo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Bembe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remigio Elodio kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Gilberto Maureo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benjamin Bembe. Palermo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilberto Maureo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 47 minutes into the game, Black Camotes's Valentin Baraquiel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benjamin Bembe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gilberto Maureo to make the kick off. Black Camotes's Gilberto Maureo got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valentin Baraquiels short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Benjamin Bembe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Palermo FC's zone, Valentin Baraquiel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Bembe came out of the goal and Valentin Baraquiel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benjamin Bembe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Montez, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Palermo FC's Benjamin Bembe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Palermo FC from getting a goal against them. Gilberto Maureo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Bembe having to interfere. After 87 played minutes Palermo FC got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Orland. Erubiel Montez might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benjamin Bembe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erubiel Montez ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Palermo FC's Benjamin Bembe got control of the ball when Valentin Baraquiel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nemesio Gonsalvo kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Cosme Frichoso hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. When the match was over Black Camotes could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Palermo FC throughout the match.
