The referee ignored Ayapaso's protests and gave Tomás Pello a yellow card for diving instead. 89 minutes into the game, Rosendo Dorio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ayapaso's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Charbonier the free kick. The supporters of Charbonier booed when Ayapaso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosendo Dorio didn't get a good kick on the ball.
