In the 9th minute, Verdolaga FC's Tito Pescaredo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luisito Pio. Luisito Pio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. 12 minutes into the match, Verdolaga FC's Norberto Ceandro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luisito Pio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Villada booed when Verdolaga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Cesario didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Lisandro Abella sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Verdolaga FC's Cai Wei Ming didn't even have to move. Tobias Unai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Cai Wei Ming tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Villada's Lisandro Abella couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 24th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Verdolaga FC. After 27 played minutes Villada got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Unai. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Oliviero in the 31st minute of play forced Verdolaga FC's goalkeeper Cai Wei Ming to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norberto Ceandro struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Luisito Pio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Verdolaga FC. 37 minutes into the match, Norberto Ceandro notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Villada's Luisito Pio. Luisito Pio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Villada getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Leonardo Rameriz hit a great ball.

After a defensive mix-up in Verdolaga FC's zone, Denis Oliviero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cai Wei Ming came out of the goal and Denis Oliviero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Norberto Ceandro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Luisito Pio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Rigoberto Quintyn left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Verdolaga FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. When Norberto Ceandro came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Verdolaga FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norberto Ceandro couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the match, Villada's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Quintyn came free, but Luisito Pio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denis Oliviero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cai Wei Ming having to interfere. Norberto Ceandro took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luisito Pio. Luisito Pio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Tito Pescaredo charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tito Pescaredo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 86 minutes into the match, Verdolaga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Oliviero came free, but Cai Wei Ming reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rigoberto Quintyn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Luisito Pio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rigoberto Quintyn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norberto Ceandro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Verdolaga FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
