The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Paolo Gomez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Fernado, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Dario Quilino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Benvido in the 14th minute of play. Andres Benvido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Quilino having to interfere. Andres Benvido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Dario Quilino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Andres Benvido managed to get in a good position for a shot. LOS CASI's supporters rose to their feet, but Andres Benvido was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Quilino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Matthew got free with Paolo Gomez in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute, Rosendo Vitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the match, LOS CASI's Orlando Enaut sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dario Quilino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Moises Marques during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orlando Enaut to strike the kick off in the second half. It was beautiful to see LOS CASI's Julio Araoz in action when he in the 74th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After 75 played minutes LOS CASI got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Enaut. When Melquiades Fernado came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Criaturitas del Señor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melquiades Fernado couldn't finish the play. LOS CASI were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
