Sunampa's Atilano Ibar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Lon in the 21st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Severo Unai took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Atilano Ibar to make any attempt to save it. Honorato Jaen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Ibar having to interfere. Atilano Ibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Lon in the 41st minute of play. Iker Gaitano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Atilano Ibar made a huge save. 44 minutes into the match, TiroFederal's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Nerio came free, but Milián Bustillos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45thth minute of the game Jairo Frutos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TiroFederal's Milián Bustillos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Severo Unai was the one to do the kick off.
