After a defensive mix-up in Browers's zone, Jairo Frutos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niceto Raphael came out of the goal and Jairo Frutos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th minute Gualterio Primo suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celestino Segio during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tadeo Nerio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Niceto Raphael came out and tried to block the shot, but Tadeo Nerio slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 57th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Frutos couldn't finish the play. In the 68th minute, Romulo Indar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeo Nerio in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niceto Raphael saved Browers from getting behind. In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Sunampa. Nunez Estefan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Niceto Raphael. 0-5. After having played for 85 minutes, Jairo Frutos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sunampa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairo Frutos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Sunampa getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Florentino Tonete hit a great ball. After 89 played minutes Browers got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Iaki. In the 92nd minute, Aquiles Roderigo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Atilano Ibar was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sunampa walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
