Pablo Quinton was a little too slow when Arnaldo Carlomagno got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-0. If Arnaldo Carlomagno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 23 played minutes Le Touquet F.c got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Eli. Arsenio Berenguer took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hermengildo Marcones. Hermengildo Marcones dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Herminio Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hermengildo Marcones showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herminio Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 34 minutes into the game, Carlos Admon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Acuña's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Le Touquet F.c the free kick. Carlos Admon kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Leopoldo Cebo, 35 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Efrain Eli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Le Touquet F.c booed when Acuña was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Jaen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pablo Quinton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Pablo Quinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Carlomagno in the 69th minute of play. Efrain Eli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pablo Quinton having to interfere. Hermengildo Marcones took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Berenguer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Arnaldo Orti fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Le Touquet F.c's protests and gave Arnaldo Orti a yellow card for diving instead. Arnaldo Orti kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Le Touquet F.c fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 93rd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Acuña a penalty, 95 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nemesio Edur, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Le Touquet F.c's Hermengildo Marcones. 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
