The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arsenio Berenguer during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arsenio Berenguer hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Joel Sergi's late challenge caught a Deportivo Querandies's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Sergi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Deportivo Querandies booed when Acuña was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Sergi didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Sergio Koldobika came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Deportivo Querandies fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergio Koldobika couldn't finish the play. In the 28th minute Sergio Koldobika shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Quinton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Acuña's goalkeeper Pablo Quinton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fausto Tolino. Victorio Leizarraga charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victorio Leizarraga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Herminio Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Urbano Olivar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Acuña were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after Deportivo Querandies's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nemesio Edur took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Florencio Constancio managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The supporters of Acuña booed when Deportivo Querandies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damaso Mattin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pablo Quinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Koldobika, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. If Sergio Koldobika had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pablo Quinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Tolino in the 96th minute of play. Deportivo Querandies's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
