Andres Frederico started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, San Uriel c.f.'s goal looked a bit too open when Andres Frederico came free, but Ismael Tonio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saul Lorenz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Joseph in the 9th minute of play. Feliberto Dorio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Lorenz having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, San Uriel c.f.'s goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Isauro came free, but Ismael Tonio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Xabat in the 27th minute of play forced San Uriel c.f.'s goalkeeper Ismael Tonio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. San Uriel c.f.'s Ismael Tonio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Frederico in the 28th minute of play. Ismael Tonio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Xabat in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Ranchillos AFC's goalkeeper Saul Lorenz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Bazkoare. 34 minutes into the match, San Uriel c.f.'s Eustacio Joseph sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saul Lorenz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Moises Bazkoare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 47 played minutes, Ranchillos AFC's Aurelio Pirmin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ismael Tonio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ranchillos AFC reached it. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When Timoteo Isauro fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ranchillos AFC's protests and gave Timoteo Isauro a yellow card for diving instead. Timoteo Isauro kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Eustacio Joseph sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ismael Tonio made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Segundo Xabat sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Andres Frederico kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ismael Tonio. That made the score 0-2 in the 63 minute of play. Saul Lorenz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Bazkoare in the 68th minute of play. If Segundo Xabat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eustacio Joseph might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Saul Lorenz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eustacio Joseph ran back to his position shaking his head. If Moises Bazkoare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. San Uriel c.f.'s Moises Bazkoare got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eustacio Joseph fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Lorenz having to interfere. Saul Lorenz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustacio Joseph, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Saul Lorenz came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by San Uriel c.f.'s Moises Bazkoare. But to his dismay, Moises Bazkoare quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Saul Lorenz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eustacio Joseph went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Saul Lorenz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Bazkoare in the 91st minute of the match. Segundo Xabat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the San Uriel c.f. players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
