The referee ignored CRAVASTA FC's protests and gave Arsenio Santo a yellow card for diving instead. Donato Papo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Erasmo Pirro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lázaro Stanislao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Paublo in the 22nd minute of the match. A collision led to CRAVASTA FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Silverio Cordeara hit a great ball. Isaac Garoa struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Lázaro Stanislao didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachí. CRAVASTA FC's Lázaro Stanislao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Paublo in the 30th minute of play. If Arsenio Santo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Gonzalo Paublo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cachí's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonzalo Paublo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lázaro Stanislao breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 44th minute, Isidro Maurin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 47 minutes, Gonzalo Paublo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cachí's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonzalo Paublo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The CRAVASTA FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cachí were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gonzalo Paublo to strike the kick off in the second half. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. CRAVASTA FC's Lázaro Stanislao proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save CRAVASTA FC from getting a goal against them. Arsenio Santo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Santo in the 69th minute of play forced Cachí's goalkeeper Erasmo Pirro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Donato Papo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CRAVASTA FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cachí the free kick. The supporters of CRAVASTA FC booed when Cachí was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position.
