An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Xabat in the 5th minute of play forced Kvothe FC's goalkeeper Marcelo Hever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saul Lorenz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Abancens in the 7th minute of the match. Andres Frederico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Marcelo Hever tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kvothe FC's Marcelo Hever proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Kvothe FC from getting a goal against them. In the 16th minute, Ranchillos AFC's Andres Frederico dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Eulalio Iyan hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Saul Lorenz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Abancens in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Andres Frederico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Hever saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Segundo Xabat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Hever having to interfere. Andres Frederico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Segundo Xabat came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Ranchillos AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Segundo Xabat couldn't finish the play. 42 minutes into the match, Kvothe FC's goalkeeper Marcelo Hever had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Segundo Xabat. If Bernardo Cayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardo Cayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Lorenz having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andres Frederico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Saul Lorenz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaston Abancens's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. The supporters of Kvothe FC booed when Ranchillos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Pirmin didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Bernardo Cayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Timoteo Isauro hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Bernardo Cayo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Saul Lorenz having to make a save. Kvothe FC's Gaston Abancens got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Honorio Txindoki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcelo Hever didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Segundo Xabat went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Saul Lorenz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Abancens, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ranchillos AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ranchillos AFC had won after a very even match.
