San Uriel c.f. were furious when Anacleto Primo was red carded, 15 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 16 played minutes San Uriel c.f. got a freekick which was hit by Anacleto Primo. After 17 played minutes, Guernica AFC's Javier Gorbea shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ismael Tonio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Guernica AFC reached it. Alejo Ixaka succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 21st playminute. Moises Bazkoare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Caitano having to interfere. 33 minutes into the game, San Uriel c.f.'s Moises Bazkoare nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Martin Caitano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. A collision led to San Uriel c.f. getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Arsenio Avellaneda hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, San Uriel c.f.'s Feliberto Dorio got a free kick in the 45th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Feliberto Goito made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Feliberto Goito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guernica AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliberto Goito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th minute, Gerardo Leoiar made a precise shot to the right of Ismael Tonio. San Uriel c.f.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. In the 61st match minute, Guernica AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Bembe to maneuver through the defense. Eustacio Joseph received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Martin Caitano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Moises Bazkoare reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Martin Caitano. The goal made the score 3-3. After having played for 68 minutes, Eustacio Joseph managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Uriel c.f.'s Ismael Tonio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Leoiar in the 81st minute of play. Martin Caitano made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Anacleto Jaizki sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Moises Bazkoare took a quick shot and it went in 4-4 without a chance for Martin Caitano to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to San Uriel c.f. getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Anacleto Jaizki hit a great ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
