In the 29th minute, Clodoveo Martxel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 31 minutes of play, Arizona's Severiano Pereyra made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonel Bernard was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Bonifaco in the 34th minute of play forced Arizona's goalkeeper Horacio Truylos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Higinio Bonifaco to strike the kick off in the second half. Severiano Pereyra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonel Bernard having to make a save. Cayetano Matxin might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonel Bernard. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonel Bernard made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Cayetano Matxin sent off a good shot on target. 80 minutes into the match, Delicia FC's goalkeeper Leonel Bernard had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Freddy Cresenciano. Cayetano Matxin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arizona's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
