Cornelio Egun scored 0-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonel Bernard, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cornelio Egun's late challenge caught a Delicia FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cornelio Egun helped the player get up and apologised. Edgard Mede made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Filiberto Fonda sent off a good shot on target. Edgard Mede showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Bonifaco, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacobo Lizer to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Delicia FC's Fabio Rolado got a free kick in the 55th minute. Edgard Mede didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filiberto Fonda went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 67th minute, Jacobo Lizer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 69 minutes of play, Delicia FC's Filiberto Fonda made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgard Mede was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Delicia FC booed when Muñecos Toy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Egun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Muñecos Toy's Edgard Mede played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Bonifaco in the 84th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Delicia FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
