In the 45th minute Cayetano Matxin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgard Mede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th match minute, Muñecos Toy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornelio Egun to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Jacobo Lizer made the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Jonathan Mundo in the 56th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Muñecos Toy's Gavino Qwinton.
