Narciso Eudoxio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Ireno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bimo Abissay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Modesto Perutxo in the 76th minute. Lorenzo Sauveur hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The supporters of Tapebicuá booed when Valladolid FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Jerardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eustacio Frederik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bimo Abissay having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Modesto Perutxo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Modesto Perutxo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 93rd minute. Tapebicuá's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Tapebicuá's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
