The Diablos Rojos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aristides Asier should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Chorrillos's zone, Albano Sal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rene Raebert came out of the goal and Albano Sal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baldomero Janpier made a kick off. Aristides Asier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Janpier in the 55th minute of the match. Ariel Gonzalez kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. When Isidro Muc came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Diablos Rojos fans jumped to their feet. Chorrillos's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Janpier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
