Leonides Laurendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arsenio Baladi having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Buque A.F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Heriberto came free, but Arsenio Baladi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Heriberto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arsenio Baladi having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonides Laurendi in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arsenio Baladi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 31st minute Leonides Laurendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Baladi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Silvestre Timo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. tottenham FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Buque A.F.C the free kick. A collision led to tottenham FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Silvestre Timo hit a great ball. Severiano Admon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severiano Admon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Eguen having to interfere. Leonides Laurendi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Buque A.F.C getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Dante Abaurre hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabricio Orlandus to make the kick off. Genaro Eguen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Admon in the 54th minute of play. Leonides Laurendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 57 played minutes tottenham FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Timo. Genaro Eguen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Admon in the 59th minute of play. Miguel Mino hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute Fabricio Orlandus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Eguen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 minutes of play, Buque A.F.C's Severiano Admon made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Genaro Eguen was left in no man's land by his defense there! tottenham FC's Aquiles Quilino pulled a muscle in his back after 72 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 74th match minute, Buque A.F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Orlandus to maneuver through the defense. Arsenio Baladi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Mino in the 77th minute of play. Leonides Laurendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Leonides Laurendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvestre Timo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. tottenham FC's Leonides Laurendi got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabricio Orlandus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Eguen having to interfere. tottenham FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
