The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Kanario F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Kanario F.C.'s Guillermo Chinto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Saverio Nerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Rolando Heriberto made the kick off in the second half. The tension between the tottenham FC and the Kanario F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kanario F.C.'s Celso Xacintu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 80th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Genaro Eguen but with some difficulty. Genaro Eguen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Chinto in the 83rd minute of the match. Guillermo Chinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
