The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serafin Gorri during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th match minute, Casalins AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Gorri to maneuver through the defense. Marcelino Otsoa hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Elias Luix, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ladislao Lop didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kanario F.C.. When Horacio Feliz came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Casalins AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horacio Feliz couldn't finish the play. Casalins AFC's Ladislao Lop played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Chinto in the 41st minute of play. Guillermo Chinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Octavio Abancens was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Horacio Feliz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 45 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guillermo Chinto was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Casalins AFC booed when Kanario F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Richie didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Horacio Feliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 55 minutes, Amadeo Ofelio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kanario F.C. and the Casalins AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Octavio Abancens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Theodore, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. When Timoteo Richie fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kanario F.C.'s protests and gave Timoteo Richie a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute, Timoteo Richie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casalins AFC's Enrique Michael couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 70th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Kanario F.C.. Octavio Abancens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Theodore in the 72nd minute of the match. A collision led to Casalins AFC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Horacio Feliz hit a great ball. Guillermo Chinto's late challenge caught a Casalins AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guillermo Chinto helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Kanario F.C.'s Guillermo Chinto got a free kick in the 75th minute. The Casalins AFC fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Casalins AFC's Pastor Theodore looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Horacio Feliz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Abancens having to interfere. Marcelino Otsoa kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Casalins AFC's Lázaro Marcones suffered a fractured collar bone after 85 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 86 played minutes Kanario F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Astor Rufo. Marcelino Otsoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Octavio Abancens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pastor Theodore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Abancens having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Casalins AFC's Horacio Feliz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Octavio Abancens narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
