Doctor Manos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Theodore in the 4th minute of play. VSS Real Saladillo's Doctor Manos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Theodore in the 5th minute of play. Horacio Feliz hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Jeronimo Benet might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ladislao Lop. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeronimo Benet ran back to his position shaking his head. Saphet Cappoen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislao Lop having to interfere. Lázaro Marcones charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lázaro Marcones the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th match minute, Casalins AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Marcones to maneuver through the defense. VSS Real Saladillo's Jeronimo Benet got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd match minute, Casalins AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Michael to maneuver through the defense. When Saphet Cappoen came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the VSS Real Saladillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saphet Cappoen couldn't finish the play. Cleto Marcones kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Saphet Cappoen took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ladislao Lop. Ladislao Lop dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Doctor Manos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Feliz, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Pastor Theodore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Horacio Feliz made a kick off. If Horacio Feliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 70 minutes, Enrique Michael mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Casalins AFC and the VSS Real Saladillo players grew even worse after the yellow card. 69 minutes into the game, one of Casalins AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 71st minute there was a penalty for VSS Real Saladillo. Jesus Sedeni stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ladislao Lop. 3-0. Anastasio Turi hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Jeronimo Benet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gregorio Beila charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gregorio Beila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 81 played minutes Casalins AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Beila. Ladislao Lop showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saphet Cappoen, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After 82 minutes of play, VSS Real Saladillo's Saphet Cappoen made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ladislao Lop was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pastor Theodore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Doctor Manos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Jeronimo Benet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ladislao Lop tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Benet in the 95th minute of play forced Casalins AFC's goalkeeper Ladislao Lop to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
