Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Guillermo Chinto got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes in the game, Saul Feliu fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Octavio Abancens having to interfere. After 8 played minutes Kanario F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Ofelio. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Gilberto Shepherd managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guerrero's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilberto Shepherd was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Octavio Abancens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Shepherd in the 15th minute of play forced Kanario F.C.'s goalkeeper Octavio Abancens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 17 played minutes Gilberto Shepherd rounded Kanario F.C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 21st minute, Saverio Nerio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guido Nastasio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Octavio Abancens made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Victor Claus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Octavio Abancens was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Saul Feliu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Abancens having to interfere. Octavio Abancens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Shepherd, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Saul Feliu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 48th minute Gilberto Shepherd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Abancens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gilberto Shepherd to make the kick off. Saul Feliu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Feliu in the 59th minute of play forced Kanario F.C.'s goalkeeper Octavio Abancens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th match minute, Kanario F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Xacintu to maneuver through the defense. Octavio Abancens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Shepherd in the 61st minute of play. Gilberto Shepherd hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Octavio Abancens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Nastasio, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Guido Nastasio's late challenge caught a Kanario F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guido Nastasio helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Guerrero booed when Kanario F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Richie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Octavio Abancens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Feliu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76thth minute of the game Gilberto Shepherd who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kanario F.C.'s Octavio Abancens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Saul Feliu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guerrero's supporters rose to their feet, but Saul Feliu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Octavio Abancens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kanario F.C.'s Octavio Abancens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Feliu in the 85th minute of play. When Saul Feliu came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Guerrero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saul Feliu couldn't finish the play. Octavio Abancens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Shepherd in the 88th minute of play. Octavio Abancens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilberto Shepherd's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. If Gilberto Shepherd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gilberto Shepherd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Guerrero were the better team. Guerrero's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
