When Teobaldo Txomin came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Bruno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teobaldo Txomin couldn't finish the play. In the 10th match minute, Bruno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteve Silban to maneuver through the defense. Justino Lekubegi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carolo Basajaun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Txomin in the 15th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Justino Lekubegi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Efrain Bernard was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 23 played minutes Bruno got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Torres. Sakura FC's Justino Lekubegi got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Justino Lekubegi struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Efrain Bernard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sakura FC. 0-2 became the score in the 31st minute when Rolando Aires elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Bruno's Danilo Sabino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carolo Basajaun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 43rd minute Damian Chumo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efrain Bernard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Justino Lekubegi was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Bruno's Efrain Bernard got control of the ball when Rolando Aires tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 54th minute Justino Lekubegi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efrain Bernard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Teobaldo Txomin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Efrain Bernard came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sakura FC's Justino Lekubegi. But to his dismay, Justino Lekubegi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The supporters of Bruno booed when Sakura FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Froylan didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Justino Lekubegi came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Sakura FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justino Lekubegi couldn't finish the play. If Rolando Aires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Iraitz during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Sakura FC booed when Bruno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Iraitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, Esteve Silban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sakura FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
