When Cirilo Dolfo came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Akitoy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cirilo Dolfo couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the game, Diego Semeno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gaudencio Charro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gaudencio Charro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvio Constancio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, Akitoy's Saturnino Nalo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gerardo Firman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cirilo Aurre lost his temper 32 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 31st minute, one of Susques:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Susques. The goalkeeper, Gerardo Firman, was totally fooled by Akitoy's Domingos Avellaneda, who 34 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The supporters of Susques booed when Akitoy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Dolfo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Gerardo Firman managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Akitoy's Basilio Nesto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Akitoy's Cirilo Dolfo got a free kick in the 46th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Atilano Gergori hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Gaudencio Charro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximino Neto in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Domingos Avellaneda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Basilio Nesto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Akitoy's supporters rose to their feet, but Basilio Nesto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerardo Firman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Akitoy booed when Susques was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Thomas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerardo Firman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Nalo in the 77th minute of the match. Saturnino Nalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Gerardo Firman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Susques getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Generoso Telmo hit a great ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Susques eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
