Pablo Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Rosario in the 3rd minute of play. Bernardino Orlondo kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th minute of the match Desiderio Boniel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pablo Santos skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hernan Garaona in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pablo Santos saved Albo del Imperio from getting behind. When Damian Oriol fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Albo del Imperio's protests and gave Damian Oriol a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute, Damian Oriol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 9 played minutes Albo del Imperio got a freekick which was hit by Damian Oriol. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timoteo Rosario in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pablo Santos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mauro Pierres kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Mauro Pierres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute, Abel Tulio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pablo Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Rosario in the 25th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Albo del Imperio defense, Timoteo Rosario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pablo Santos. The Albo del Imperio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pablo Santos should have stopped the shot. Pablo Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Rosario in the 33rd minute of play. Damian Oriol was shown his second yellow card after 35 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 36 played minutes Albo del Imperio got a freekick which was hit by Damian Oriol. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Rosario in the 38th minute of play forced Albo del Imperio's goalkeeper Pablo Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute Hernan Garaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Spef YMLC's Hernan Garaona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pablo Santos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half Spef YMLC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hernan Garaona made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Hernan Garaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spef YMLC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hernan Garaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 55th minute, Spef YMLC's Hernan Garaona ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pablo Santos. Pablo Santos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. 0-3 became the score in the 62nd minute when Timoteo Rosario elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Mauro Pierres fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 67th match minute, Albo del Imperio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Pierres to maneuver through the defense. Generoso Blanco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Chico having to interfere. After 77 minutes of play Albo del Imperio's Mauro Pierres was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 78th minute, Mauro Pierres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Albo del Imperio getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Donato Jurgi hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hernan Garaona in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pablo Santos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Hernan Garaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had been going on for 88 minutes, Spef YMLC's Desiderio Boniel got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Pablo Santos. Pablo Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Garaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Spef YMLC played a much better game than Albo del Imperio and deserved their victory. The Albo del Imperio players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
