With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquin Montay in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roman Tano saved Ariel F.C from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Ciro Lucila took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Natalio Min to make any attempt to save it. Ariel F.C's Roman Tano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Loiola in the 22nd minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Benito Loiola cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Roman Tano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 29 minutes into the match, Ranchillos's goalkeeper Natalio Min had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benedicto Honrio. If Benedicto Honrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benedicto Honrio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Natalio Min made a huge save. In the 34th minute, Ranchillos's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Benedicto Honrio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Roman Tano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Aritza in the 43rd minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Gerardo Camerino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ariel F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ranchillos the free kick. When Joaquin Montay came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Ranchillos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquin Montay couldn't finish the play. The nice shot from Joaquin Montay in the 77thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Roman Tano had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In the 81st minute Benito Loiola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Tano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Natalio Min made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Honrio in the 82nd minute of play. Ciro Lucila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natalio Min having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Ariel F.C's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Benito Loiola fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Benito Loiola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
